Where We Ship From

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in China.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our delivery process has two key stages – we’ll break it down for you clearly:

1. Processing Time (1–3 business days)

After you place your order, we’ll confirm it, run quality control checks, and carefully pack your items. Within 24–72 hours, your order will be reviewed, approved for shipping, and sent to our logistics center. Once it’s on its way to the carrier, you’ll get a tracking number via email.

2. Shipping Time

United States / Canada / Europe: Estimated delivery 10–15 business days after your order ships.

Important notes: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Shipping times may have minor delays due to customs inspections or unforeseen weather events – we’ll keep you in the loop if that happens.

Shipping Costs & Insurance

  • Free shipping on all orders (no minimum purchase required!)
  • Every parcel comes with free insurance and is fully trackable.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking link. Just click it to check your order’s status anytime.

My Tracking Number Isn’t Working – What Now?

Tracking information can take up to 5 business days to update in the carrier’s system (this is totally normal!). If you still don’t see any details after that, feel free to reach out to us at info@ebmini.com – we’ll help you track it down.

Cancelling an Order

You can cancel your order within 6 hours of confirmation (that’s when we’re still finalizing details!). After 6 hours, your package may already be in processing or on its way to the logistics center, so cancellations can’t be guaranteed.

Where’s My Parcel?

If you’re wondering about your order’s location, use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email – it’s updated regularly. In rare cases (like high demand for specific shoe styles), we may split your delivery into multiple packages. Don’t worry – you’ll get a separate tracking number for each one!
